Frequently Asked Questions

While a background in plant and animal care is preferred, it's not required! All new team members will be given adequate on-the-job training. We do expect applicants to be tactful, courteous, friendly, dependable and team players. Additionally, they should be problem solvers who show initiative.

Full-time hourly employees can expect to work a 40 hour rotational work week consisting of four, 10-hour days each week. This rotation normally allows the employee more sequential days off per month than many other shedules. Part-time positions have more flexible hours and schedules may vary.
